For this reason, Roses are a go-to for opening your heart and third eye to a clearer sense of self and self-love. Studies have found that rose water and rose essence oil reduce headaches, ease anxiety, and generally elevate our mood.
In this Ceremony, we are going to use the essence of Rose in its many forms to relax and open ourselves to self-love. This class will include a Journey to see what message Rose has for us and tips on how we can perform self-care with self-love.
